Alt Vape is dedicated to providing top-quality vaping products to customers across Canada while strictly adhering to federal and provincial regulations. Please review our shipping policy below to understand where we can ship, age restrictions, product limitations, and other key details. We do not ship outside of Canada, including to the United States.
General Shipping Information
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Canada Post (ground shipping only) due to federal restrictions on transporting vaping products with lithium batteries by air.
- Age Verification: We require proof of age at delivery for all shipments. Canada Post will check government-issued photo ID to confirm the recipient meets the minimum age for their province or territory. Orders will not be left unattended without verification.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and may be longer for remote areas.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected. Free shipping applies to orders over $50.00
- Nicotine Limit: All e-liquids comply with the federal maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/ml.
- Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
Where We Ship
Alberta
- Minimum Age: 18
- What We Can Ship: All vaping products, including flavored e-liquids, devices, and accessories, must bear an Alberta-specific excise stamp as of April 1, 2025, indicating federal and Alberta vaping duties are paid.
- Restrictions: Products with Alberta stamps are intended for sale within Alberta only. We do not ship Alberta-stamped products to other provinces or territories to ensure compliance with excise tax rules and fair pricing.
Other Provinces
- What We Can Ship: All vaping devices that do not contain e-liquid.
- Restrictions: We do not ship Alberta-stamped products (all products containing e-liquid) outside Alberta due to additional duty costs and regulatory compliance.
Privacy and Age Verification
- We collect only the information necessary to process your order and comply with age verification laws (e.g., name, address, and date of birth). This data is shared with Canada Post solely for delivery and age checks. See our Privacy Policy for details.
